HER CO. was created after noticing a gap in the wellness space for women seeking guidance, structure, and a supportive place to begin.
With a degree in Kinesiology focused on Sport Performance, my work has included both performance-based environments and general population training. Through these experiences, I saw how many women and young girls wanted to build strength but lacked the confidence, education, or environment to start.
HER CO. was built to change that — creating a space where women can learn, build confidence, and develop strength in a way that feels sustainable and supportive.

Foundations Pathway
In-Person Foundations + 6-Week Online Program
This is the most supported way to begin a successful, independent routine in the gym. We start with hands-on, in-person coaching to build confidence, learn proper technique, and fully understand your program—then transition into online training.
Foundation Path bridges the gap between learning and independence, giving you the tools, education, and confidence to train consistently on your own.
The Continuum
6-Week Personalized Training Program & Online Coaching
Designed for those who want structure, accountability, and clarity—without in-person sessions. This option removes guesswork and decision fatigue, providing a fully customized plan you can follow confidently.
The Continuum is the most sustainable long-term option for continued progress after completing Foundation Path or a suitable number of 1:1 HER Training sessions.
HER Training: Small Group
Structured Training in a Supportive Setting
Train alongside a small group following a structured, progressive program—while still receiving hands-on coaching and attention to form. This option brings energy to your sessions without losing the intention behind how you move.
Ideal for those looking for consistency, accountability, and a motivating environment while building strength and confidence in the gym.

An educational, confidence-building introduction to strength training and movement. This program emphasizes safety, technique, and foundational skills—supporting young girls in developing a positive, lifelong relationship with movement.
HER Training: Youth Small Group
Confidence & Strength Built Together
A small group setting designed to introduce strength training in a supportive, structured environment. Sessions focus on proper technique, foundational movement patterns, and building confidence—while keeping training engaging and age-appropriate.
Perfect for girls who want to learn how to train safely, feel more comfortable in the gym, and grow alongside others.
HER Training: Youth Tumbling & Skills
Private One on One Skill Development | Ages 6–18
Personalized one-on-one sessions designed to build strong foundations, proper technique, and confidence in movement for cheerleaders & gymnasts.
Skills may include roundoffs, walkovers, handsprings, back extension rolls, jumps, body positions, and mobility work to support tumbling performance.
